23/05/10 - Pentecost Sunday May 23rd 2010 will be the next international GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER, preceded by 10 days of prayer and followed by 90 days of 'blessing'. In 2009 every nation of the world was represented as millions prayed. Exeter had a Pentecost Prayer Picnic in 2008 and 2009 on Cathedral Green. 2/04/10 - Exeter Joint Churches Walk of Witness. See 'Events' menu. Pray for this amazing opportunity to celebrate and express the Cross of Christ on Good Friday 2010. Hundreds attended last year.

23/01/10 - Pray for EXETER STREET PASTORS who are out on the streets in Exeter on Saturday nights from 10.30pm till 3.30am! People from many church backgrounds united together in one mind. Pray for safety on the streets for the many young people out in those times. Pray for the Police and Council authorities whose interest and cooperation is remarkable and much appreciated. A NEW WAVE OF RECRUITMENT IS TAKING PLACE NOW TO COVER NEW DEVELOPMENTS. PRAYER PASTORS ARE NEEDED AS WELL: HERE IS A FRONT LINE OPPORTUNITY TO PRAY AT THE HEART OF THE CITY FOR REAL LIFE SITUATIONS AND TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE IN OUR COMMUNITY AND IT'S MANY PEOPLE. 28/11/09 - 'EXETER 24-7 WEEK OF PRAYER' NOVEMBER 20th - 27th 2009 was a week of prayer by Christians in and for the of City Exeter. 42 churches and organisations participated. Every hour of the week was covered in different ways, settings and locations. We have been challenged to a core value that prayer is an integral part of our engagement with the City society. 30/06/09 - 2009 WAS THE EXETER DIOCESAN CELEBRATION TO MARK IT'S 1100th ANNIVERSARY. The Exeter events on Friday and Saturday June 26th and 27th in the City centre will be memorable to many as Christians from all ages and backgrounds enjoyed worshipping, learning and eating together.
